We’re still seeing patients at our clinic located at 203 East Main St. as progress continues on our new facility. 

When you visit Well Care, you only pay what you can afford. We accept all insurance and offer sliding fee scales according to your ability to pay. We also offer Spanish language interpretation, transportation assistance, and telehealth as well.
