Certified Health Center

Well Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This means that we are here to help our community receive quality health care by removing obstacles that underserved groups sometimes experience. By accepting all or no insurance and by providing sliding fee payment options, transportation assistance, telehealth, and translation services, we can help serve members of our community who may have neglected their health otherwise.

 

Patient Advocate

Well Care also has a patient advocate who is available onsite to meet with patients to explore insurance options for coverage and will assist with the application process. We accept all insurance plans and will work to add additional plans as the need arises. Additionally, if you do not have insurance for medications, we can help determine if you qualify to receive your medications from various medication programs. Ask how we can help you qualify for free medications.
