It's one more way we remove barriers to care and support the community we love. No judgment. No red tape. Just help when you need it.

Three Easy Steps to Visit Us
1. Come by every Thursday, 10 am – 2 pm. We're here every single week, rain or shine. No income requirements or ID needed.
2. Shop like you would at the grocery store. Walk through and pick out what your family needs with limits based on your household size.
3. Come back the next week. The Well Care Food Pantry is open to anyone in the community — every Thursday.

At Well Care Community Health, your health is our first priority. Our mission is to care for the members of our community and remove the barriers of access to exceptional medical, dental, and behavioral health care. Our number one goal is your well-being.
Well Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This means that we are here to help our community receive quality health care by removing obstacles that underserved groups sometimes experience. By providing sliding fee payment options, transportation assistance, telehealth, and translation services, we can help serve members of our community who may have neglected their health otherwise.
Simply put, your health comes first for the staff of Well Care Community Health. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to make it first as well.
