Being a part of this community isn’t just about where we’re located. It’s about walking alongside the people who live, love, struggle, grieve, and recover here.
That’s why, when Harley was in her darkest place, she was able to reach out and find help.
Well Care has been part of this community for more than 30 years. Many of our patients are the second or third generation in their family to walk through our doors. So when someone in our community is hurting, we don't see a stranger. We see a neighbor.

Harley's path wasn't easy. Addiction doesn't let go without a fight. But she never fought it alone.
With support from the Well Care team, Harley found her way to recovery. And she found something else, too: a new purpose.
Today, Harley works at Well Care as a peer advocate. She sits with patients who are exactly where she once was. She listens without judgment. She shares what worked for her. And she reminds every person she meets that recovery is possible, because she's living proof.
This is what it means to be a true community health center. We build relationships that last — sometimes for a lifetime, and sometimes for generations.
